License scope
You may use the app for lawful personal or business purposes related to seeking or offering property. You may not copy, modify, resell, rent, distribute, or attempt to derive the app's source code except where applicable law permits it.
Service and user content
Some functions require internet access. You are responsible for your account information and submitted content and must hold the rights to its photos and information. Requests, offers, messages, ratings, and reports are also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Property transactions
DAR facilitates communication and is not a party to a sale or lease. You must verify the property, the other party's identity, required licenses, and contracts before paying money or entering a transaction.
Termination
This license ends if you breach this agreement, at which point you must stop using the app. Accounts or content may be restricted to enforce these terms and protect the service and its users.
Apple
This agreement is between you and Softfm, not Apple. Softfm is responsible for the app, and Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce this agreement upon your acceptance.
