Platform role
DAR is a platform for property requests and offers. It is not a party to any sale or lease and does not guarantee a property, a user's identity, or completion of a transaction. Verify information before paying money or signing an agreement.
Content and conduct
You are responsible for your content and must have the right to publish its photos and information. Fraud, impersonation, misleading or unlawful content, and spam are prohibited. We may remove content or restrict accounts to enforce these terms and protect users.
Ratings and reports
Ratings must reflect a real interaction. Use in-app actions to report requests, offers or users, or block someone to hide their requests, offers and conversations. Manage blocks in More → Blocked users. Reports may also be sent to Support@softfm.com, and we may review related content and accounts.
Liability and changes
The service is provided as available and to the extent permitted by law. We may update the service or these terms. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated terms.
